Principal, President & CEO

Will leads day-to-day operations of the firm and also plays a key role in client relations, account guidance and brand strategy. He ensures that the Burdette Ketchum team is always attuned to client goals, opportunities and outcomes.

Patrick Golden
Principal, Executive Creative Director

Patrick is a founding member of the firm and one of the top creative minds in Florida. Patrick leads our creative professionals and oversees all of the firm's creative work. Our inspiring office space is testament to Patrick's remarkable creative vision. He conceived its space plan, design and furnishings.

Karen Burdette
Founder and Chairman

As our firm's founder and chairman, Karen brings a combination of entrepreneurial business savvy, strategic vision and leadership skills to every situation. She's been doing big things in the Florida marketing communications industry for nearly 30 years.

Executive Vice President, Strategy & Integration

As head of account management, Scott brings more than 20 years of experience in the design, planning and implementation of innovative, business-driving marketing programs. Scott has primary responsibility for strategic planning and activation of our integrated resources, helping clients maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Digital Strategy Director

Chris is an interactive strategist who has worked at some of the top advertising agencies in the U.S. His digital leadership experience ranges from online and mobile to analytics to database management and secure online portals. Chris supervises the digital team and interactive initiatives for clients.

Donia Crime
Public Relations & Social Media Director

Donia joined Burdette Ketchum from international public relations firm Weber Shandwick and leads the agency's public relations and social media teams. She is a specialist in high-level media relations, social media strategy, and crisis and issues management.
